A holistic approach to medicine is now a widely accepted concept in eastern and western cultures and has actually been practised for thousands of years.  Holistic remedies are concerned with taking into consideration the ‘whole’ of the patient.  This means it addresses factors such as diet, medical history including any prescribed drug usage, lifestyle, stress and environment or habitat of the individual.

Having previously experienced at first hand the undesirable effects of yeast infection and after six years of research into the condition and its treatment Linda Allen provides a completely natural holistic solution guaranteed to treat yeast infection thoroughly and permanently.  Her treatment system is available for download as Yeast Infection No MoreTM.  Linda had tried numerous over the counter and prescribed medications but had little or no success with only temporary relief being the outcome.  It was through a belief that there must be a permanent cure for yeast infection that she set about her quest to find it and to help others.  After seven years of research and testing her system is now an established best seller and Linda has had and continues to have numerous positive testimonials from both female and male sufferers who have made an investment in their health and implemented the Yeast Infection No MoreTM program.

TREAT THE WHOLE CONDITION AND THE CAUSES

Yeast infections don’t just happen without a reason.  There is always an underlying cause and it is this cause that needs to be eliminated if you want to be rid of the condition forever.

In order to fully treat the condition and prevent recurrence, it is fundamental to understand the contributing factors behind the cause the infection in the first place and then take appropriate remedial action to address and neutralise each cause in turn.  Several types of treatment or remedial action may be required and it may also mean that a patient will have to make specific changes to unhelpful lifestyle choices and habits.  For example, long term habits such as a poor diet rich in processed sugary foods may have contributed to the over occurrence of candida (the bacteria responsible for the prevalence of yeast) in the body and the development of the infection and its symptoms.

To only take one form of treatment and hope that this will be a permanent eradication is rather hopeful and runs a definite risk of being only a temporary alleviation of the symptoms.  For example, if a patient were simply to add an anti-yeast cream or lotion to the affected area of the body how does this attack and the wipe out the root cause?  The simple fact is that it doesn’t and it literally only addresses the surface of the problem.  It is very common for a yeast infection to be treated with a quick-fix solution only for it to recur and proliferate time and again in the future if it is not holistically dealt with.

Some yeast infection sufferers can and do live with the condition for many years and in doing so have to live with the frustration and irritation of the symptoms again and again.  It would be more worthwhile to learn and fully appreciate what has caused the infection to occur and then take all the action necessary to find a permanent solution.

TYPES OF TREAMENT

Conventional Medicine and Over the Counter (OTC) Medicine:

By conventional medicine in the case of yeast infections we are referring to the use of a manufactured anti-fungal agent.  This is usually in the form of ointments, creams, lotions, oral rinses or lozenges and these conventional treatments are available over the counter at the pharmacy or chemist.
As previously suggested, these treatments can simply ‘paper over the cracks’ of the problem rather than tackle the root causes and therefore offer a temporary solution.  It is possible for the candida to develop a resistance to conventional anti-fungal treatments and it should also be considered that some anti-fungal agents can have serious side effects especially if the patient is pregnant or a girl under the age of 12.

Conventional Medicine and Prescribed Medication:

If a patient has tried OTC medications for yeast infection and these have not worked then a doctor may recommend a prescribed course of treatment using stronger chemicals usually taken in pill form by swallowing.  A patient may have to undergo laboratory testing in order to ascertain the severity of the infection and whether or not there are other types of infection present.
Again, it is possible that even these stronger drugs will be ineffective and that they could disrupt the body’s inner balance and make the proliferation of the candida even worse for the patient.  The symptoms could persist and recur, get worse and there could also be further adverse side effects.

The Holistic Treatment of Yeast Infection:

Holistic treatment of ailments makes a lot of sense especially after you’ve learned the logic and principles behind the philosophy.  The rationale of holistic therapy views the body and all its parts as one complete system, the wellbeing of which are all inextricably linked so that if one component of the system is imbalanced it affects the other parts, more often than not, in an adverse way.
For optimum health benefits a state of systematic balance and harmony within the body and mind is a pre-requisite.  This balance can be disrupted by factors such as pollution from the environment, the food you eat, the chemicals you absorb (e.g. from cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, food), your attitude and outlook on life, the amount of negative stress you encounter balanced or imbalanced with the amount of relaxation you feel, physical exercise or lack of it and so on and so on.
